This morning I had a Black Breakfast! Doesn't that sounds funny?
When I decided to start this project, I soon realised I was really interested in the colour black. I catched myself thinking what kind of ingredients exist in this colour and into what recipes can I transform them. So here it is: my black but bright morning feast in a bowl, complimented by a simple black coffee. What an interesting way to start the morning!
Ingredients: black quinoa, blueberries, blackberries, chia seeds, cinnamon and agave syrup
